The Every Color Dog mobile grooming van is a totally self contained unit. I do not need to hook up to any of your utilities, or dispose of waste on your property. It has a 50 gallon fresh water tank and a 50 gallon grey water tank. It runs off of a generator built into the van. It is no louder than a neighbor mowing their lawn.

There are optional electric hookups if you have the proper outdoor outlets.

You are asked to be available 15 minutes before your appointment and 15 minutes after the end of the appointment. Your start and end time may fluctuate given that days appointments. All efforts will be made to communicate any schedule changes.

Your initial appointment will have extra time buffered in to work out parking, introductions, waivers, etc. You will not be charged for this extra time.

You will be texted when leaving the previous location with an ETA. If you wish to be called, please ask.

The van needs to be parked on a relatively level surface. If your driveway has a slope, the van will need to be parked in the street, or another level option.

The van has a 10'6" clearance. Please make sure all branches and landscaping are clear in the area you intend for me to park in.

It is expected your dog will be freshly relieved and secure prior to arrival. Please do not have your pet loose in the yard or open the door for them to run to me. You will be asked to escort your dog to and from the van on a leash. Please make sure they are wearing a proper fitting collar with identification. If you need assistance getting your dog out to the van, do not hesitate to ask. I will bring an additional leash and double lead your dog to the van for their safety.

You are always welcome to check out the van, but no pet parents will be allowed in the van during the grooming process.

The van door will remain locked from beginning to end. Please do not attempt to open the door. This is for your pets safety. (And sure, mine too, but them first!) You may text or call if you need to reach me.

Once you have paid and retrieve your dog, I will remain parked outside for an additional 5-15 minutes to clean and sanitize for the next groom.
